At Velvet Hair Bar, we take care in preparing and shipping every order. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Please allow 4–7 business days for processing. Processing time includes preparing your order and receiving the hair from our supplier before it is shipped to you.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Velvet Hair Bar’s control.
Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery timeframe begins after your order has been shipped, not when your order is placed.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to make sure your order is shipped within the stated processing timeframe, Velvet Hair Bar is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your package is delayed, please use the tracking information provided to monitor its status.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, The Velvet Hair Bar is not responsible for resulting delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Lost or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, it is the carrier’s responsibility to deliver the package.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with others at your delivery address.
The Velvet Hair Bar may assist with providing order and tracking information but cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for packages marked as delivered.
